Annette (Smith) Gibson

Funeral services for Annette Gibson, 76, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 5, 2025 at the Boeuf River Baptist Church, Rayville, LA with Bro. Garry Massey officiating. Interment was in the Baskin Cemetery, Baskin, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Ms. Annette was born July 18, 1948 in Ruston, LA and passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025 surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy and Sybil Smith; and sister, Charlotte Perritt.

Survivors include her children, LeRoy Gibson, Robert “Bob” Edward Gibson, Jr. and wife, Crystal and Misty Gibson Odom and husband, Damien; grandchildren, Shelby Gibson, Joney Royals, Dylan Odom, Drake Odom, Gabe Gibson, and Bayleigh Gibson; great grandchildren, Paislee Royals, Tucker Royals, Wyatt Royals, Zane Gibson, and Tate Gibson; sister, Connie Dallas; brother-in-law, Lorenz Perritt; and her grand dogs, Cooper and Willow.

Pallbearers were Dylan Odom, Drake Odom, Shelby Gibson, Bruce Royals, Gabe Gibson, Josh Dallas, and Daniel Dallas.

Honorary pallbearers were the Deacons of Boeuf River Baptist Church and Craig Odom.
