Funeral services for Alice Rose Temple Streeter, 74, of West Monroe, LA were held at 1:00 PM, Monday, June 5, 2023 at Start Baptist Church, Start, LA with Bro. Jeff Thomas officiating. Interment was in the Start Cemetery, Start, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Rose was born February 2, 1949 in Girard, LA and passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 in West Monroe, LA.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Elijah Benjamin "Benny" Temple and Cynthia "Jenny" Russell Temple; son, Andrew "Andy" Paul Greer; brothers, JB Temple; EB Temple; Arnold Temple; Bill Temple; Joe L. Temple; Baby Boy Temple; Wade Temple; sisters, Joann Slade and Irma Temple.

Survivors include her sons, Danny Ray Greer and wife, Pam of Bastrop, LA; Jeffery Streeter and wife, Renee of West Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Alyssa Noel Greer; Nicholas Lee Greer; Caroline Grace Streeter; Chloe Elizabeth Streeter; siblings, Shirley Neal; Jimmy Temple; Houston Temple and wife, Pat; Loretta Odom and husband, Randy; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Pauline Lawrence.

Pallbearers were Greg Temple, Bill Temple, John Slade, Jr., Kenny Temple, Rodney Temple, and David Temple.
