Alice (Bennett) Parker

Funeral services for Alice Parker, 84, of West Monroe, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Bethel Assembly of God, Monroe, LA with Bro. Frank Sellers officiating. Interment followed in the Mulhearn Memorial Park, Monroe, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Alice was born June 7, 1937 in Monroe, LA and passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Parker, Jr.; parents, McNeeley Bennett and Francis Blake; son, Fred Parker, III, granddaughter, Tracy Hutson, brother, Pete Blake, and his sisters, Margie Bennett and Beatrice Bennett.

Survivors include her daughters, Mary Mitchell and husband, Larry of Plano, TX, Debra Manly of West Monroe, Beatrice Hutson of West Monroe, and Karen Boyer and husband, Mike of Monroe; sons, Jimmy Parker of Monroe, Danny Parker of Monroe, and John Parker of Monroe; siblings, Evelyn Shirley, Annie Brown, Shirley Wood, Charles Bennett, and Junior Bennett; 25-grandchildren; and her numerous great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Ron Donaldson, Jr., Jessie Hutson, Michael Hutson, Brad Waller, Scott Parker, and Rick Donaldson. Honorary pallbearers were Chad Mitchell and Jason Parker.
