Alice Foster

Funeral services for Alice Foster, 88, of Pioneer, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at New Prospect Baptist Church, in Pioneer, LA with Bro. Robin Cox and Bro. Kody Brown officiating. Interment will follow to Unity Cemetery, in Pioneer, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, in Oak Grove, LA.

Ms. Alice was born on March 27, 1937, in Crossett, AR and passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, in Pioneer, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Auston Foster; son, Steve Wayne Foster; parents, Earnest and Mary Johnson; grandson, Skylar Jones; and brother, Larry Truman Johnson.

Survivors include her children, Dewey Allen Foster, and Terry Kay Foster; 7-grandchildren; 16-great-grandchildren; and 5-great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Tommy Osbon, Dale Foster, Danny Diel, John Montgomery, Justin Rallinson and Cade Diel.  

Honorary pallbearers are Clyde Matthew Jones, II, Calvin Foster, and Michael Foster.

Visitation will be 2:00P.M. till 9:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at New Prospect Baptist Church, in Pioneer, LA.
