Funeral services for Addison Grace Graham, 6, of Oak Grove, LA will be held at 10:00AM Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Providence Church, in Lake Providence, LA with Bro. Don Boyett officiating. Interment will follow to Travis Cemetery, Lake Providence, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove.
Ms. Addison was born on July 23, 2015 in West Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, November 5, 2021. She is preceded in death by her uncle, Jeffery Graham; great aunt, Linda Hick; great uncle, Roy Mitchell; maternal great grandparents, Roy and Helen Mitchell; maternal great grandmother, Patricia Newby; and paternal great-great grandparents, Thad and Mary Travis.
Survivors include her parents, Travis Graham and wife, Mary; siblings, Noah Graham, and soon to be, Levi Graham; parental grandparents, Jeremy Nolan and wife, Kim Travis; maternal grandparents, Robert and Debbie Newby; paternal great grandparents, Billy and Bonnie Travis; paternal great-great grandparents, Nolan and Nadine Tyson; uncles, Robby Newby and wife, Morgan, and Tyson Nolan; and numerous great uncles, great aunts, and cousins.
Pallbearers are Tyson Nolan, Kreuz Fredrick, Joey Moody and Kyle Moody.
Honorary pallbearer is Bryan Shelton.
Visitation will be 6PM-8PM, Friday, November 12, 2021 at the church.
