Funeral services for Robert Pickering, 81, of Pioneer, LA will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 4, 2018 at Brown-Holley Chapel, Oak Grove with Bro. Donnie Linson officiating. Interment will follow at Epps Cemetery, Epps, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove.
Mr. Robert was born May 6, 1937 in Mt. Olive, MS. and passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 in Delhi, LA.
Mr. Robert is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Elaine Pickering; parents, C.W. and Ardell Pickering; and sister, Helen Bailey.
Survivors include his daughters, Janet Buti and husband, Mark of Sumrall, MS, and Melody Pickering and Barry Renfrow of Vicksburg, MS; brother, James Roy Pickering and wife, Cecilia of Montana; sisters, Hazel Henderson of Delhi, LA, and Chestene Pickering of Delhi, LA; host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 9 A.M.-10 A.M. Monday, June 4, 2018 at the funeral home
