Funeral services for Mary Dee Fife, 79, of were held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville with Bro. John Hines officiating. Interment followed in the Start Cemetery, Start, LA.

Mrs. Mary was born September 7, 1939 in Rayville, LA and passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in Junction City, LA.

Mrs. Mary was a member of the Woodland Church of Christ, Haynesville, LA. She loves spending time with her family, working in her flower garden, and reading her Bible every morning. She is preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Earline Carroll;

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Luther Fife, Sr. of Junction City, LA; daughter, Angela D. Fife of Junction City, LA; son, Ace Fife of Junction City, LA; 3-grandchildren and 8-great grandchildren; sisters, Bessie Duncan of Bastrop, LA and Bonnie Wynn of Rayville, LA; and her brothers, Walter Carroll of Rayville, LA and Henry Carroll of Atlanta, GA.

Pallbearers were Wayne Epperson, Rick Carroll, Rick “Pop” Carroll, Shane Carroll, and John Tom Duncan.
