Mrs. Joyce was born April 12, 1948 in Archibald, LA and passed away Friday, December 13, 2019 in West Monroe, LA.
Mrs. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Charles D. Spillers, daughter, Tammy Morris, father, XV Hales, and sister, Betty Ann Hales.
Survivors include her daughter, Angie Banks and husband, Kevin; son, Charles J. Spillers; mother, Margarette Hales; brothers, James Hales and wife, Ruth, and LC Hales and wife, Clarice; sister, Karen Baird and husband, Everette; 9-grandchildren; 14-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
