Elvira "Lilly" Nerio

Funeral service for Elvira "Lilly" Nerio, age 83, of Oak Grove, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 6, 2018 at Brown-Holley Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove, LA. with Bro. Waymon Swain and Bro. Charles Fricke officiating. Interment will follow in the McGaha Cemetery in Oak Grove, LA. Under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home in Oak Grove, LA.

Lilly was born on March 2, 1935 in Harlingen, TX. and passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in Oak Grove, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo M. Nerio, Sr.; parents, David and Josefina Garcia Rosales; brothers, Davis Rosales, and Mike Rosales; sisters, Janie DeLeon, and Carmen Rodriguez; and granddaughter, Danielle Nerio.  

Survivors include her sons, Alfredo M. Nerio, Jr. and wife, Dianna, Steve Nerio, and Randy Nerio and wife, Sharon; 9-grandchildren; 8-great grandchildren; brother, Phillip Flores and wife, Theresa; sister, Matulos Lopez; sister-in-law, Billie Rosales; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jack Rosalis, Jimmy Neighbours, Thomas Layton, Mark McCallie, Jacob Maxwell, and Randy Nerio, Jr.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
