Mr. Delbert was born on December 2, 1944 in Oak Grove, LA; and passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in Goodwill, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Bessie Freeman; 3-sisters and 2-brohters.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Betty Freeman; daughter, Angela Kasper; son-in-law, Tony Kasper; grandchildren, Miranda Coleman, Eric Coleman, Matt Coleman, and Katie Kasper; 1-sister; and numerous nieces and nephews.
