Funeral services for Brandy M. Parker, 44, of Mangham, LA were held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the Mangham Baptist Church, Mangham, LA with Bro. Jacob Duvall and Bro. Mark Parker officiating. Interment followed in the Gwin Cemetery, Mangham, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Brandy was born October 25, 1974 in Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, October 18, 2019 in New Orleans, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Sherrell Gilley; brother, Nolan Vincent Gilley; niece, Courtney Gilley; and her grandparents, Nolan and Zelphia Kelley and Jule and Myrtle Gilley.

Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Otis Parker; children, Michael Gilley, Matthew Gilley, Mitchel Parker, D.J. Parker, T.C. Parker, Cody Parker and fiancé, Ashley Brossett, and Lacy Foster and husband, Billey; grandchildren, Emma Rose Gilley, Otis Foster, Maudie Foster, Jacie Parker, and Leo Parker; brother, Charles Gilley and wife, April; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Michael Gilley, Matthew Gilley, Joe Colvin, D.J. Parker, T.C. Parker, and Cody Parker.

Honorary pallbearers were Mitchell Parker, Jarred Carlin, and Colton Brown.
