Arthur Burnice Barnett, Sr., 73, of Monroe, LA was born January 3, 1946 in Idabel, OK and passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 in Monroe, LA. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.

Mr. Arthur was a veteran with the U.S. Air Force. He is preceded in death by his parents, B.W. and Blanch Barnett; and a brother, Robert “Bobby” Barnett.

Survivors include his children, Carol Till and husband, Chuck of Delhi, LA and Arthur Barnett, Jr. and wife, Kimberly of Bonifay, FL; grandchildren, Chelsea, Madelline, Mallory, Nathan, and Kyle; great grandchildren, Reagan and Brylei; brothers, Gerald Barnett and wife, Kitty of Rayville, LA and Ronald Barnett of Farmerville, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
